Can I order Hampden watches for my company or group?

Yes. Hampden runs group and corporate gifting as four distinct formats, and which one fits depends
on whether you want an event, a delivery, a hands-on experience, or a watch designed from scratch.
Every format includes caseback engraving and dedicated design support, and every one starts with
the same conversation.

The four formats

The Design Suite brings the full Hampden experience to your venue. We staff a Design Concierge
station on site, your guests choose from a curated selection and design their own caseback, and the
finished watches are fulfilled directly to them afterward. There's no group size limit.

The Delivered Collection does the same work remotely. Recipients get personal design
consultations and engraving coordination, and their watches are delivered directly to them. This is
the format for distributed teams, or for a group that will never be in one room.

First Hand: Private Workshop puts six people at a watchmaker's bench to build a Swiss mechanical
movement by hand. It suits small leadership groups, and it's the same experience described in
what is the First Hand workshop.

The Bespoke Watch Program designs a watch entirely your own: custom dial colors, applied
indices, insignia, artwork, hand shapes, strap colors, and individual serial numbers on the
caseback. This is the deepest of the four and the one that needs the most lead time.

What you can put on the caseback

Company logos, individual names, milestone dates and personal messages, in any combination. On the
Sullivan, the Casecap® system means a recipient can switch between an engraved plate and a sapphire
exhibition disc, so the same watch can show the engraving or the movement depending on the day.

Logos follow the same rule as any engraving: we engrave artwork that's yours to use, and anything
belonging to someone else needs written authorization. Can I engrave my business

How the process runs

1. Inquiry and scope. Tell us your event date, group size and what you're trying to achieve.
2. Proposal. You get a written quote and scope of work. A deposit holds your date.
3. Design preparation. We build your template library and get it approved, generally around

three weeks ahead of the event.

4. Event day. For on-site formats, our team arrives well before your guests do.
5. Delivery. Watches are fulfilled within two to three weeks of the event, with final invoicing

after that.

Commercial terms, including the deposit and payment schedule, are set out in your written proposal
rather than fixed here, because they vary with the format and the size of the group.

Lead time is the thing worth getting right. Design preparation alone runs around three weeks before
an event, and the Bespoke program needs considerably longer, so the earlier the first conversation
happens the more of the four formats stay open to you.
