# Can I visit Hampden in person?

Yes, by appointment. Hampden's showroom is at our West Loop headquarters in Chicago, and visits are booked at [hampdenwatch.com/pages/showroom-appointments](https://hampdenwatch.com/pages/showroom-appointments).

The showroom is a quiet, dedicated space inside the Hampden workshop where you can explore the collection, view engraving samples, and speak directly with a member of the Hampden team. Because appointments are one at a time, the room and the person showing you around are yours for the duration.

## How to book

- Which models you're interested in

- Any engraving or personalization questions you'd like answered

- Whether you're shopping for yourself or for someone else

## What to expect during your visit

At your private appointment, you can:

- See and try on any Hampden model, including the Sullivan

- View design samples created through our Design Concierge

- Ask questions about movements, materials, straps, and customization

- Receive guided support choosing the right watch or engraving concept

- Purchase the watch or watches of your choice

Appointments typically run 30 minutes and are tailored to your interests.

Appointments take place at our West Loop headquarters in Chicago. Free parking is available on-site.
