How do I place an order?

You can order a Hampden watch directly through hampdenwatch.com. The ordering steps are the same whether or not you personalize your watch. The difference between a personalized and a non-personalized order begins after checkout, not during it.

Placing your order

Choose an existing Hampden model.
Decide how you want it finished. You can add a complimentary engraving, work one to one with a Hampden designer, or buy the watch with no personalization at all.
Add your watch to the cart and go to checkout.
Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the order.

Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email receipt, followed by status updates as your watch is prepared and shipped.

If you ordered without personalization

Nothing further is needed from you. Your watch goes straight into fulfillment and you'll get shipping updates by email. See when will my order ship for the timeline.

If you chose personalization

Your confirmation email includes a link to connect with the Design Concierge, Hampden's complimentary design service. From that link you can either book a short virtual session with a Chicago-based designer or work through your design over email, whichever suits you.

In the session you can bring an idea, a photo, a sketch, a handwriting sample, or a logo. If you don't know yet what you want, the design team can help you work it out from scratch. Your designer then prepares a digital proof, and engraving only begins after you approve it. Once production starts, no further changes can be made.

If something goes wrong at checkout

If your order won't go through, or you notice a mistake right after placing it, contact us with your order number and our team will pick it up from there.
