Do you ship internationally?

Hampden ships to the United States and Canada. An order without personalization can go elsewhere, arranged by email as a quote with duties prepaid. A personalized order does not ship outside the United States and Canada.

Ordering from outside the US or Canada

If you're in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia or anywhere else beyond those two countries, write to hello@hampdenwatch.com before you order. Tell us the destination country and which watch you want, and we'll come back within one to two business days with a shipping quote for that address.

Quoted orders ship with duties prepaid, which means the import duties and taxes are settled in advance as part of what you pay us, rather than being collected from you when the parcel arrives.

Write in first rather than placing the order and asking afterwards. The quote is what makes the shipment possible, so it needs to be arranged before payment rather than added to an order that already exists.

Personalized orders stop at the border

An engraved caseback, custom artwork, a logo or anything else made specifically for you ships only within the United States and Canada. There's no quote route for these, and no exception by destination.

This is worth knowing before you start designing rather than after. If you're outside the US and Canada and were planning an engraved gift, the choice is between a watch without personalization shipped to you on a quote, or a personalized watch shipped to an address in the US or Canada, perhaps someone who can carry it on to you. How long it takes

A quoted international shipment carries the same production time as any other order, plus the time in transit and at customs. When will my order ship sets out the production side.
